Yemen: UN Complicit in Genocide

The UN Security Council has voted to EXTEND the arms embargo, travel ban, and asset freezes on the National Salvation Government (NSG) of Yemen based in the capital Sana’a, which prevents the NSG from acquiring the weapons needed to defend themselves from the genocidal US-Saudi invasion of their country.

According to Mohammed al-Bukhaiti from Ansarullahโ€™s Political Bureau: “The Security Councilโ€™s decision to extend Yemenโ€™s denial of arms purchases and the denial of the right to self-defense by agreement between America, Britain and France with Russia and China reveals that the world is still in need for a new world order”

For historical context, this war was green-lighted by UN Res. 2216 (April 2015), which legalised the war on Yemen by effectively selling Yemeni sovereignty to Saudi Arabia and its allies.

The US, Britain and France co-sponsored the resolution, which Russia and China could have vetoed but they chose not to, thereby “legalising” the war on Yemen. The motion claimed that the “President of Yemen” requested Saudi intervention, even though he had RESIGNED from office before the resolution was even tabled.

UN Res. 2624, passed on Monday, is the latest episode in the “legal” holocaust being perpetrated against the people of Yemen, only this time, Russia and China chose to vote FOR the motion, thereby staining their hands with Yemeni blood.

The following countries have blood on their hands:

USA ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ
Britain ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง
France ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท
Russia ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ
China ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ
UAE ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ช
Albania ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฑ
Gabon ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ฆ
Ghana ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ญ
India ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ
Kenya ๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ช

These countries abstained:

Brazil ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ท
Ireland ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช
Mexico ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฝ
Norway ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ด

The Yemeni genocide may break a world record in terms of the number of countries that have been complicit in committing it.
